Dear Friends of PCDA,

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I am delighted to share some exciting news with you! After a thorough search and careful consideration, we are pleased to announce that Julie Miller will be stepping into the role of Executive Director of PCDA, effective October 1st.

Julie has been with us for more than 20 years, beginning her journey as an Occupational Therapist, and later serving as the department head of the Occupational Therapy and Feeding Programs, and in 2019, as our Clinical Director, where she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to our mission. Julie played a pivotal role in PCDA's exceptional response to the COVID pandemic, and we believe that her deep knowledge of our organization and the community we serve, paired with her vision will guide us toward even greater success.

Julie lives the mission of PCDA to create a community that builds on strengths and relationships to prepare young people with Autism and developmental disabilities for a future in which they are empowered, fulfilled, and feel the security of belonging. She is dedicated to strengthening community partnerships, expanding funding for client services, and increasing opportunities for neurodiverse individuals to take on key roles within our organization. Julie, and the Board of PCDA, are committed to ensuring that our organization truly reflects the rich diversity of the community we serve.

As we transition into this new chapter, Julie is eager to continue fostering our collaborative spirit and engaging with all of you. There will be several opportunities to celebrate this new beginning and connect with Julie. We hope to see you soon at an upcoming House Party or Open House! Stay tuned for details.

Thank you for your continued dedication and support. Together, we look forward to achieving our goals and making an even greater impact in our community.

Warm regards,

Anne Perry Board Chair, PCDA
